A Transmission Pulley is a wheel with equally spaced axial teeth on the rim. It is generally made of steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, brass, and other materials. The inner hole has round hole, D-shaped hole, tapered hole and other forms. Surface treatment includes natural oxidation, blackening, galvanizing, color zinc plating, high frequency quenching and other treatments. It is allowed to work in places with pollution and harsh working environment.

If the car pulley is loose, there will be abnormal noise. It may be that the pin of the pulley has fallen out, causing it to slip. It is recommended to go to a nearby car repair shop to replace it. The following phenomena will occur when the car timing belt is loose:

1. When the timing belt is loose, it will cause configuration timing lag, which means that the intake and exhaust are not accurate, and the intake and exhaust valves are opened and closed too late, causing engine jitter, insufficient power, high fuel consumption, and water temperature. Too high, incomplete combustion, black smoke and a series of faults;

2. When the engine load is heavy or there is a power impact, it is easy for the teeth to jump. The consequences of the teeth jumping will be very serious, which may cause the valve to lift. After the valve is broken, the Transmission Piston and the inner wall of the cylinder barrel will be scratched in the cylinder, and finally the inner wall of the cylinder will be scratched. Serious cases will directly cause the engine to be scrapped, so you should go to the 4S shop for processing in time;

3. If the belt is loose, it depends on your car. The belt has been worn for too long and has aged, so it needs to be replaced. If the belt is still usable, it can be adjusted. There is an adjustable screw on the pulley on the belt. After loosening the screw, just use a crowbar to tighten the pulley.
